Tyga Sues His Landlord Over Property Dispute… Only To Get Sued Right Back!

Don't mess around with his money.
Tyga may have enough money to go around buying $320K cars for people, but that doesn't mean his income is totally expendable.
That's because the rapper is currently wrapped up in not one, but two separate lawsuits regarding the purchase of his Calabasas home.
Apparently, the 25-year-old tried to purchase the $8M mansion with a $200K down payment back in September, but is now suing the owner saying he never followed through with the contract.

On the other hand, the landlord is also suing Tyga for $70K for the 11 months it's been since he rented the place.
This seems like more of a misunderstanding than fraud to us, since clearly the two men have differing opinions over who actually owns the house -- HA!

A quarter century ago, after Saddam Hussein's Iraqi army successfully invaded and took over the tiny Persian Gulf nation of Kuwait, President George H.W. Bush famously drew a line in the sand against Iraqi aggression. While the United States and its allies easily ejected Iraq from Kuwait within seven months of the Aug. 2, 1990, invasion, Bush's line has continued onward in an almost Biblical fashion, accompanied by plenty of pre-modern horrors.
