DALLAS (AP) — The Texas trooper who arrested Sandra Bland after a confrontation that began with a traffic stop was once cautioned about "unprofessional conduct" in a 2014 incident while he was still a probationary trooper, according to documents released Friday. Bland, a 28-year-old Chicago-area woman, was found dead in her Waller County jail cell in Hempstead, about 200 miles south of Dallas, on July 13, three days after her arrest. Officials say used a plastic bag to hang herself, a finding her family has questioned. Bland's family and others also have criticized Trooper Brian Encinia, who stopped Bland for failing to signal a lane change. The Texas Department of Public Safety released Encinia's personnel file in response to a Freedom of Information Act request from The Associated Press. Three young Chechen women are in trouble after being caught scamming Islamic State (IS) fighters out of thousands of dollars by posing as wannabe jihadi brides, according to reports in Russia. The women are reportedly now being held by Russian authorities on charges of suspected fraud. Russian website  Life News  reported that the scam began on social networks, where the women would begin to contact IS militants in Syria and Iraq. If the targeted jihadi "bought" their ruse, the girl would send him pictures. One of those involved, Maryam, told the website that one man in particular began communicating with her at first. "He began to lure me, saying: 'Do you want to come to Syria, [it is] very good.' I told him that I had no money," she said. So the man wired her 10,000 rubles ($168). "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, who trash talked his way to the main event of the first WrestleMania and later found movie stardom, has died. He was 61. The WWE says Piper died Friday. It had no additional details. Piper, born Roderick Toombs, was the second WWE Hall of Famer to die this summer following the June death of Dusty Rhodes. Piper's death also comes days after Hulk Hogan, his biggest rival for decades, was fired by the WWE. Hogan had used racial slurs in a conversation captured on a sex tape. Piper and Hogan battled for years and headlined some of the biggest matches during the 1980s. Hogan and Mr. T defeated Piper and Paul Orndorff on March 31, 1985, at the first WrestleMania at Madison Square Garden. Tokyo (AFP) - Japanese police on Saturday arrested Mark Karpeles, CEO of the collapsed MtGox bitcoin exchange, over the loss of nearly $390 million worth of the virtual currency, local media said. Karpeles, 30, is suspected of having accessed the computer system of the exchange and falsifying data on its outstanding balance, Kyodo News and public broadcaster NHK said. The global virtual currency community was shaken by the shuttering of MtGox, which froze withdrawals in February 2014 because of what the firm said was a bug in the software underpinning Bitcoin that allowed hackers to pilfer them. The exchange filed for bankruptcy protection soon after, admitting it had lost 850,000 coins worth 48 billion yen ($387 million) at the time. Karpeles later said he had found some 200,000 of the lost bitcoins in a "cold wallet" -- a storage device such as a memory stick that is not connected to other computers. (Reuters) - A Florida man returned to jail on Friday to await trial on attempted murder charges in a roadway shooting involving George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer acquitted in the 2012 shooting death of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin. A judge revoked the bond of Matthew Apperson, 36, following a complaint that he had violated its conditions by urinating on a neighbor’s front door. Apperson had been released on $35,000 bond and ordered to wear a GPS tracking devise following his arrest earlier this year in connection with a roadside altercation with Zimmerman. Zimmerman suffered a minor injury from flying glass after Apperson fired a shot at him through his car window, authorities have said. WASHINGTON (AP) — Dozens of emails that traversed Hillary Clinton's private, unsecure home server contain national security information now deemed too sensitive to make public, according to the latest batch of records released Friday. In 2,206 pages of emails, the government censored passages to protect national security at least 64 times in 37 messages, including instances when the same information was blacked-out multiple times. Clinton has said she never sent classified information from her private email server, which The Associated Press was first to identify as operating in her home in New York. The Friday release brings the volume of emails publicly released by the State Department to roughly 12 percent of the 55,000 pages Clinton had turned over to department lawyers earlier this year. That falls short of the 15 percent goal set by a court ruling in May, a lag the State Department attributed to interest by the inspector general of the U.S. intelligence community

According to the victim, he was photographing Campbell with her then boyfriend,  Vladimir Doronin , when the model struck him in the eye with her purse. While the photographer initially pressed charges, they were withdrawn after a behind the scenes settlement was reached. Unfortunately for the 45-year-old, a judge decided to proceed with the case due to the media attention and public fascination. The fashionista's attorney said of the Friday ruling: "We are appealing the ruling surrounding the 2009 incident. Due to the ongoing legal process, we cannot discuss the matter further at this time." She told  The Project : ‘We, my sisters and I, we still call Caitlyn,‘Bruce’ and we’ve been told that’s completely fine. We are allowed to call her any name we want to. Because on the phone, when she calls me, it’s the same voice as Bruce. Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase Two policemen were shot to death by suspected armed robbers during an attack on the Okene branch of First Bank on Friday. Eyewitnesses said the robbery suspects, numbering about five, invaded the premises of the bank at about 8.55a.m. and shot sporadically into the air to scare away workers and customers. About five policemen on duty were said to have responded swiftly by engaging the invaders in a gun duel at the end of which two of the policemen were felled. The incident disrupted commercial and other activities in and around the Old Prison Junction area where the bank is located. Police Public Relations Officer in Kogi, Mr Shola Adebayo, said one of the policemen was killed on the spot while his colleague died on the way to hospital. He said the police had started trailing the robbers as investigation into the attack had commenced.
