Los Angeles prosecutors will now decide if Caitlyn Jenner is to be charged with vehicular manslaughter after she was part of a fatal car crash in February.
LA County sheriff’s detectives passed their findings to prosecutors on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 so they may decide the fate of the ‘I Am Cait’ star, who they allege ‘set off a chain of events’ that resulted in the death of Kim Howe in a multi-car pile up.

Sheriff’s Det. Richard Curry said Caitlyn was driving at a speed which was unsafe when her vehicle, a Cadillac Escalade, shunted Kim Howe’s Lexus from behind.
The collision sent Kim’s car into oncoming traffic and into the path of a Hummer that was coming from the opposite direction.
While Caitlyn was not driving over the speed limit, the sheriff claims she was going too fast for the road conditions that day.
Dmitry Gorin, a former Los Angeles County prosecutor told the Los Angeles Times newspaper: ‘Basically, anyone can get into this situation behind the wheel like Ms. Jenner. There is no drugs or alcohol involved. This is just unsafe driving.
‘I remember a law professor getting charged … If you commit a road infraction that results in a death, that becomes a traffic misdemeanour manslaughter.’
