Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly pays $18.5m for Donald Trump’s NYC loft
Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly paid $18.5m for a 2,509 sq ft loft in Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, the 57th tallest skyscraper in Manhattan described on Donald Trump’s website as ‘still one of the most distinctive buildings in the world.’
Ronaldo is believed to be moving to the United States having been linked to moving to Major League Soccer when his Real Madrid contract expires in 2018.
The home purchase by the Portugal captain adds fuel to the speculation that he could join international stars like Frank Lampard, David Villa and Andrea Pirlo who are currently with New York City FC.
