Ecuador president to declare state of emergency over volcano

Quito (AFP) - Ecuador's President Rafael Correa said he would declare a state of emergency Saturday as the Cotopaxi volcano rumbled to life and prompted precautionary evacuation orders in several villages.
"We will declare a state of emergency based on the activity of the Cotopaxi volcano. Why have I made that decision? To secure resources... to address a potential emergency and mobilize the necessary resources," Correa said in his

I would have guessed that the Interpol (international Police) belongs (or is controlled) by the USA in a large proportion. Well, they might have been put in an awkward position as the state of Iran is requesting that they arrest the president of the Unite States. Donald J Trump and 35 others for the killing of Iranian General, Suleimani. Just to re-iterate, the arrest warrant is no joke, as Iran has formalised it - which effectively means if Donald Trump travels to another country where they collaborate with Interpol, he could be arrested.
